Responsibilities include:
Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through final completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and consultants. Prepare and negotiate change orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation. Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, billing, collections, and profitability. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Participate in project planning, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. Conduct project meetings and communicate progress with customers and company leadership. Support field operations by resolving project issues and helping teams achieve successful outcomes. 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience. Experience managing commercial roofing systems projects. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, construction methods, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and project financial reporting. Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, COINS, Bluebeam, or similar preferred). Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
