Job Summary With bonuses, compensation can exceed $200,000 per year. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead our installation teams on commercial HVAC projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage crews effectively, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Read and interpret construction drawings, technical plans, and blueprints to guide installation activities Oversee quality control measures to ensure all work adheres to industry standards and client expectations Enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all team members Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and procurement. Manage crew performance through effective communication, training, and supervision of team members Experience Proven experience supervising commercial HVAC installation projects.
