Duties Manage and supervise all aspects of high-end residential construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Lead and coordinate construction crews, providing clear direction and maintaining high levels of team productivity. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of design intent. Oversee construction project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Enforce OSHA regulations and implement comprehensive safety management practices to maintain a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations. Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to meet project deadlines and milestones. Monitor quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship in luxury residential builds. Obtain pertinent certifications such as OSHA certification, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant safety or industry-specific credentials. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on high-end residential projects. Proven ability in crew management and leadership within complex construction environments. Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Solid understanding of construction project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety management practices. Excellent managerial communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with construction regulations and industry best practices for luxury residential developments. Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as OSHA certification, OQ certification, First Aid/CPR certification, or other industry-specific credentials are preferred. Pay:

$38.61 - $46.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
