Full-Time Regent5 is a Bay Area electrical and low-voltage contractor specializing in high-end residential construction. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution across multiple active projects. This role is for someone who can plan ahead, lead field teams, coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors, and prevent problems before they affect schedule or productivity. Responsibilities Oversee electrical field operations across multiple projects Supervise and support Foremen, Site Leads, Journeymen, and Apprentices Maintain 2-6 week look-ahead plans Plan manpower and crew allocation Confirm materials, drawings, submittals, RFIs, access, and site conditions are ready before work begins Coordinate electrical work with GCs and other trades Identify schedule, material, design, and manpower issues early Monitor field productivity, workmanship, safety, and quality Review electrical and architectural plans Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout Communicate field conditions, extra work, and potential change-order items to Project Managers Ensure crews are not sent to jobsites without the information or materials needed to work efficiently Qualifications Strong electrical construction field experience Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar leadership role Experience supervising multiple electricians and crews Strong ability to read electrical and construction drawings Knowledge of NEC and electrical installation standards Strong understanding of construction sequencing and manpower planning Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Bay Area jobsites

Preferred:

California Journeyman Electrician Certification High-end custom residential experience Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, and construction schedules Experience with lighting controls, generators, service equipment, and complex residential electrical systems This Position Is a

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
