Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove is looking to hire an After School High School Site Supervisor at our Rancho High School site! We have employment opportunities great for those interested in working with adolescents and families! Site Supervisors will manage an ASES funded after school program site at a school within Garden Grove Unified School District. Site Supervisors will oversee daily operations, programming, supervise and train staff and volunteers, maintain community partnerships, purchase supplies, organize family nights and other special events. They will also recruit and maintain member enrollment, complete administrative duties, and complete and audit site reports. Serve as a positive role model and establish meaningful relationships that will encourage and motivate teen participation!

Garden Grove Unified School District Schedule/Pay :

Full time, M-F 30+ hours/week, occasional evening and Saturday hours, excluding recess periods, non-exempt $26.00/hr + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, etc.)

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age Associate's degree or at least 60 completed college units At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor and at least 2 years of experience working with adolescents or teens in a group supervision setting Reliable transportation, safe driving record, at least two years of driving experience, valid CA driver license and automobile insurance Must maintain valid CPR certification throughout employment through
