Manages integrated construction resource allocation at the district level and leads department process improvement activities. Liaises with estimating to establish and manage staffing resources and budgets for new pursuits and projects. Participates in project interviews and proposal writing in respect to virtual design construction (VDC) & other integrated technologies. Supports the setup, management, and best practices of digital workflows. Coordinates and manages trade detailing and design deliverables. Liaises between design teams and construction teams. During the pursuit stage, works with the project team to review and recommend scopes that VDC tools and processes can be incorporated into the project. Participates in scoping design deliverables and trade detailing requirements. Participates in the pursuit and proposal of a project including the narrative and presentation material development and delivery. Qualifications Bachelors' degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a buildings-industry related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), civil, architectural). 8 to 10 years of construction-related experience including 4 to 5 years of Virtual Design and Construction-related experience. Strong understanding of construction sequences. Strong understanding of and proven experience implementing construction technology. Ability to provide project model management. Intermediate knowledge of the building construction process and the various building components involved at each stage of construction. Ability to ensure the quality of virtual design and construction models from design and trade partners. Understanding of trade detailing and design workflows. Advanced ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications and translate 2D drawings and specifications into a complete 3D/4DBuilding Information Model. Advanced understanding and training in 3D modeling software. The estimated salary range for this role is $111,000 - $170,000, based on your experience, qualifications, and location. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time.
