- we advance our top performers into Area and Regional Manager roles Autonomy to run your community , backed by a responsive and supportive main office A stable, established management company that values the people who keep our properties thriving What you'll do Operations & Financials Own all daily operations of the properties and keep them running profitably Collect and deposit rent and other tenant charges Source, review, and compare bids from third-party vendors to control costs Partner closely with the main office to keep operations smooth and successful Leasing & Resident Relations Source, screen, and select quality prospective tenants Show vacant units and guide applicants through applications and move-in paperwork Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with residents Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming community environment Property Care & Maintenance Keep the community clean and inviting•common areas, grounds, and dumpster areas Coordinate trash service, schedule large-item disposal, and hold vendors to schedule Perform move-in, move-out, and routine unit and property inspections Ensure maintenance and vendors deliver high-quality work, and report to the office as needed Support renovation and upgrade projects that add value to the property Compliance & Enforcement Enforce property rules fairly and consistently Ensure residents and the property remain in compliance with leases, rules, and regulations Issue notices (community updates, maintenance notices, 3-day notices, rule violations, etc.
