Our Site Coordinator is the go-to person in the field for everything site-related at Yosemite Homes. You'll work with homeowners, contractors, county inspectors, utility companies, and our factory partners to help keep each new home project moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll help coordinate contractors and schedules, keep an eye on quality, work through field issues, assist with permitting and inspections, and help coordinate warranty items between our clients, contractors, and factory. This is a great fit for someone who is a licensed contractor or has solid experience with construction coordination, permitting, inspections, and building codes —but who also really enjoys working with people. We're looking for someone who is happy, friendly, organized, proactive, and a problem solver. Someone who would rather be out in the field helping a project move forward than sitting behind a desk all day. At the end of the day, your job is pretty simple: help everyone work together, keep projects moving efficiently, and give our clients a great experience as their new home comes to life. Built well. Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm
