Represent MG Plumbing in project meetings and maintain professional relationships with general contractors, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Provide ownership with clear and timely updates regarding project status, labor requirements, schedule risks, material demands, financial exposure, and decisions requiring attention. Experienced plumbing superintendents, general foremen, or field leaders with strong administrative and organizational capabilities who are looking to transition into project management will also be considered. Education & Preferred Credentials Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred, but not required. Leadership Expectations MG Plumbing is looking for an individual who can function with limited day to day supervision and take genuine ownership of project performance. The successful candidate should be able to: Recognize what needs to happen next without waiting to be directed. Balance immediate field needs against upcoming schedule and material requirements.
