Job Description Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for: Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project closeout Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors Drive project schedules and ensure milestone achievement Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance Lead weekly jobsite meetings and daily field coordination efforts Monitor productivity, site logistics, and quality control Collaborate closely with Project Managers to resolve field challenges Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal Senior Superintendent will have: 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Experience delivering ground-up commercial, public works, educational, or municipal projects Proven success managing projects valued between $10M and $100M+ Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and construction sequencing Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum OSHA certification preferred What's on Offer We are offering this role:
