Partner and collaborate with the Project Manager as assigned. Primary point-of-contact to support, manage, train, develop other craftsmen while completing a designated project. Managing project expenditures and financial compliance to ensure project's adhere to their budget. Supervises Craftsmen and Foreman's day-to-day operations to ensure projects progress as planned. Oversees and reports to the Project manager on multiple projects, external vendors, architects, sub-contractors, city, county and state authorities where planning and building permits are required, forecasting / risk analysis, cost and schedule integration, and any other pertinent information on a project. Monitor and track all project purchases to ensure alignment with the project's budget. Coordinate resource availability and operational needs to the Project Manager. Work with the Project Manager to modify schedules and projects when necessary. Along with the Project Manager, reviews the cost, scope, and schedule updates for cost reports. Conduct evaluations on personnel, sub-contractors and other factors involving the performance of a project. Estimate and quote projects as needed. Ensures company policies are followed in regards to projects, materials acquisitions, personnel actions, vehicle operations and other pertinent items as assigned. Along with the Project Manager, assists support and resolution of warranty issues. Maintain strong communication and negotiation skills, to efficiently communicate between key business partners and crew members. Assists with efforts in determining hiring / replacement requirements. Oversees the time accounting practices and ensures all crew member comply with company policies and procedures in project accountability. Partners with Project Manager to identify trends with bid histories and quotes. Evaluates construction quality, completion status, and adherence to design standards. Minimum Requirements Basic Computer Proficiency. Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, as they pertain to construction management. Strong technical, personnel management and management skills based on construction industry experience. Good working knowledge of standard technical and construction procedures. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of productivity within scheduling activities. Other Supervises 2-10 personnel and other sub-contractors as assigned. Implements leadership's policies and procedures as needed. Other supervisory duties as needed.
