We are hiring a Superintendent for a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Livermore, CA , working Monday-Saturday on the day shift . The Superintendent will oversee paving operations, including project scheduling, subcontractor and crew management, trucking coordination, project readiness, quality control, daily reporting, and coordination with Project Engineers, Superintendents, agencies, and project teams. Knowledge of HCSS and Bluebeam is required. Responsibilities Develop paving plans, identify survey needs, and verify project readiness. Manage daily/weekly scheduling, subcontractors, crews, and trucking. Monitor quality control, budgets, and potential extra work. Prepare daily reports and extra work tags; approve timecards. Coordinate materials, equipment issues, project meetings, and field activities. Requirements Previous experience as a Superintendent in paving/construction. Knowledge of HCSS . Knowledge of Bluebeam . Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and project coordination. Able to pass a drug screen and background check . $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
