This role is fully on site. Must be commutable to Menlo Park, CA. Key responsibilities Run day to day field operations, directing subcontractors and extended construction teams Manage subcontractor scopes, manpower, progress, and resource allocation to hit project schedules Act as primary field liaison with the Owner and Client, resolving complex issues quickly Prepare, monitor, and update the Master Schedule alongside the Project Management team Develop and manage 3 week rolling schedules, flagging impacts and proposing solutions Lead weekly subcontractor and foreman meetings and contribute to OAC meetings Review RFI, submittal, procurement, and change order logs for accuracy Conduct job walks, logistics planning, and constructability reviews during preconstruction Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on interior tenant improvement projects ranging from $5M to $50M Strong understanding of construction practices and Building Management Systems, including security, fire alarm, mechanical, electrical, data center, and server room systems Experience working within a corporate campus environment across multiple buildings, floors, or areas is a plus Comfortable reviewing subcontractor and vendor drawings against plans and specs Strong organizational and problem solving skills, able to manage multiple projects at once Track record developing site specific safety plans and leading daily safety walks and toolbox talks Requirements OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project Must be commutable to Menlo Park, CA, on site full time Flexible schedule, with availability for night and weekend work as needed Familiarity with permitting processes and working directly with building officials Compensation and benefits $140K to $185K annually, based on qualifications and experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus gym subsidy 401(k) with company match Vehicle or vehicle allowance, gas card, and commuter benefits Paid vacation, sick time, and paid holidays Why join us We're a general contractor known for innovative interior tenant improvement work, including large corporate campus projects across multiple buildings.
