Supply Chain About the Role The TBP for Supply Chain Director is the accountable owner for the end‑to‑end application portfolio supporting product lifecycle, demand/supply planning, order and inventory management, logistics, and supplier/ODM collaboration. The role oversees the full application lifecycle—design, development, integrations, and production support—and leads the delivery team. This position blends delivery leadership with strategic partnership, guiding the future direction of the Supply Chain technology landscape across a hybrid SaaS and custom‑built ecosystem. Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery Ownership Lead the Supply Chain application portfolio across design, build, integrations, testing, release, and L2/L3 support. Own SLAs/SLOs, incident response, change management, and major‑incident escalation. Ensure architectural and integration integrity across a hybrid SaaS/custom ecosystem. Operational & Strategic Leadership Prioritize and sequence delivery based on business value; manage intake, demand, and capacity. Balance stability with continuous enhancements and modernization. People Management Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts, developers, and integration/support engineers. Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and career growth. Operational Rigor Drive key metrics (predictability, defect leakage, MTTR, SLA attainment, backlog health, CSAT). Enforce SDLC, change control, testing, release, environment, documentation, and audit standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary advisor to domain leadership. Manage scope, staffing, SOWs/change orders, and value reporting. Business Engagement & Domain Expertise Surface and prioritize requirements; convert gaps into a demand pipeline. Act as domain SME, shaping roadmaps and tracking vendor/AI trends with architecture, data, and security partners. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. 12+ years in enterprise applications, including 6+ years owning a functional domain end‑to‑end. 5+ years managing technical/functional delivery teams (15-50 people). Proven leadership of managed‑service or outsourced engagements (SLAs, KPIs, governance, change control). Hands‑on experience with integrations (APIs, MuleSoft/iPaaS, event/batch) across hybrid SaaS + custom estates.
Deep Supply Chain expertise:
PLM, planning, order/inventory management, logistics/3PL, supplier collaboration, master data, B2B/EDI. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advanced planning platforms (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP). Preferred Qualifications Consulting or managed‑services background with commercial awareness. Experience leading blended onshore/offshore, follow‑the‑sun support. Large‑scale ERP/SaaS transformation or migration experience.

Experience:
>10 YEARS . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
