Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead a team of supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including permitting and inspections. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to refine designs and resolve issues. Monitor project performance, implement improvements, and manage risks proactively. Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance. Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams to ensure professional growth and development. Leverage technology and tools to streamline construction processes and reporting. Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership, stakeholders, and clients. Qualifications Active CSLB Class B License highly preferred. 10+ years of experience in residential real estate development and construction. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with construction management software and technology tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to team collaboration.
