$120,000 - $150,000 We are working with an MEP contractor who needs a plumbing project manager in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with various commercial and industrial plumbing systems. If that sounds like you, please apply. What You'll Own Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, with a focus on reliability, and uptime requirements. Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution of work. Monitor and track project schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet project deadlines and financial objectives. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value. What You Bring 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing construction, with at least 2 years supporting large-scale commercial projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or equivalent).
