This role will be responsible for reviewing plans, preparing accurate takeoffs, coordinating with vendors, and helping manage projects. Minimum Requirements Strong understanding of civil construction plans Ability to read and cross reference multiple disciplines (civil, structural, plumbing, etc.) Experience with material takeoffs for wet and dry utilities Comfortable communicating with vendors and suppliers Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel Efficient working knowledge of Procore Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Trimble GPS systems and layout Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, addendums, and scopes Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating Coordinate pricing with vendors and suppliers Support project management including submittals, RFIs and change orders Work closely with field crews and superintendents
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
