Superintendent

Position Summary We're working with a mid-sized commercial GC focused on complex commercial and public-oriented projects across the Palm Springs area. They're looking to add a Superintendent who can run organized jobs, lead from the field, and keep projects moving with a high level of accountability. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, supporting a steady pipeline of ground-up and structural work with a tight, experienced team. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations across commercial and public projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics Keep projects on schedule and aligned with plans/specs Work closely with PMs to drive execution Interface with clients, inspectors, and site teams Identify and resolve field issues quickly Typical Projects Include Commercial ground-up construction Public / civic and institutional projects Structural concrete and site development scopes Renovations and facility improvements Qualifications 5-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Background in ground-up or public-oriented projects Experience managing structural scopes and field execution Ability to read plans and manage schedules Strong leadership and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Long-term stability with a well-established GC Consistent project pipeline
