The Superintendent will oversee all on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates must have a proven track record managing either of the following big-box retail, High End retail, Fine Dining, Grocery stores/ Supermarkets, builds and be open to regional travel.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily field operations and enforce site safety, quality, and schedule Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors and field staff Conduct daily site meetings with project management and client representatives Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy Monitor schedule progress and identify potential issues early Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and safety compliance

Superintendent Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years as Superintendent within commercial retail space Experience with big box stores (

IE:

Lowes, Home Depot), High end retail (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc.) builds strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with Procore or similar scheduling tools Must be open to travel within the California and surrounding markets.
