Full Job Description Position Overview:

As the PV Project Manager, you will oversee the installation of photovoltaic solar systems, manage the installation teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and collaborate with the sales, design, and project management teams to ensure that solar projects are completed successfully and efficiently. You will be a key figure in helping Aztec Solar continue to grow its solar business and expand its reach in the renewable energy market.

New Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the team of PV installation and service technicians to ensure safe, highquality, and efficient installation of solar systems. Train current installation employees and all new hire for Optimal performance. Recruit qualified installers.

Project Coordination:

Review PreSite sheets with sales force consultants when technical advice/ training is needed, assist sales manager/ sales consultants when technical advice is needed. PreSite Training and Management.

Client Interaction:

Maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle technical customer support issues. Addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during installation and service, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage the allocation of resources, tracking project budgets, and ensuring efficient use of materials and labor to meet financial goals. Update price sheets for competitive marketing.

Continue Building Service Department Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure that all installations meet industry standards, local regulations, and company guidelines. Perform site inspections and quality control checks regularly. Track parts run.

Safety Management:

Enforce strict safety protocols on job sites and maintain an injuryfree work environment. Maintain safety records and safety training each week. Maintain Safety Equipment. Ensure Accident reports are compliant.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on project progress, team performance, and financials to senior management SOLAR Experience is a must!
