Canvass Team Manager Strong product knowledge in windows, roofing, HVAC, and other home improvement solutions to confidently educate customers and drive sales Manage, motivate, and hold canvassers accountable Recruit, train, and coach new team members Set daily territory and appointment goals Track canvasser performance, leads, and appointments Monitor production and improve appointment conversion Conduct field training and ride-alongs Build a competitive, high-energy team focused on results We want a leader who know how to build teams, drive production, hold people accountable, and win.
