A highly respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on institutional, educational, civic, and commercial construction projects throughout Southern California. With more than 80 years of history, this builder has established a reputation for quality, integrity, and delivering complex projects that serve communities for generations.

What You'll DoLead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholdersDrive project schedules, safety, quality, and production goalsConduct subcontractor meetings and manage site logisticsReview plans, specifications, and project schedulesCollaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain project documentation and oversee punch list completionFoster a positive and professional jobsite cultureWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projectsExperience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:
K-12 EducationHigher EducationCivic/MunicipalInstitutionalCommercial ConstructionStrong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordinationProven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive schedulesExcellent leadership and communication skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and client satisfactionPreferred ExperienceGround-up public works projectsCampus construction and modernization projectsCivic facilitiesDesign-build deliveryRenovations in occupied environmentsCalifornia public-sector construction experienceWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salaryAnnual performance bonusVehicle allowance or company vehicleStrong backlog of long-term workCareer development and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented culture with excellent leadership support
