Job Overview We're hiring a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join a fast-growing construction firm in Sonoma/Napa, CA. This is a unique hybrid role, ideal for either a strong estimator looking to step into preconstruction, or a preconstruction professional who enjoys hands-on estimating. You'll lead budgeting for high-end residential, hospitality, and winery projects (including $100M+ builds), working closely with leadership and clients from concept through execution. The role offers hands-on training and support to strengthen any gaps across estimating or preconstruction. Please note, this is a fully onsite role based in Napa, remote or hybrid-remote working options are not available. Responsibilities Lead estimating and preconstruction efforts across luxury projects Develop both conceptual and detailed budgets from early design through bid Manage site and civil cost planning (drainage, utilities, etc.) Partner with leadership, PMs, and engineers on project strategy Present to clients and act as a key face of preconstruction Balance multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment Job Requirements 5+ years in estimating and/or preconstruction (high-end residential, hospitality, or similar) Experience on $10M

• 100M+ projects (or strong growth trajectory) Strength in either estimating or preconstruction, with willingness to grow into both Solid understanding of conceptual budgeting and site/civil costs Strong client-facing and communication skills Proficiency in Bluebeam or Procore, and Excel Experience in Sonoma/Napa or similar luxury markets preferred Benefits $185,000
