Job Description
Apptek Stucco is seeking an experienced General Manager to help lead and manage our continued growth across San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. This position will oversee day-to-day operations, field and project management teams, customer relationships, financial performance, and consistency across all divisions. We are looking for a proven construction leader with strong operational experience, the ability to manage and develop people, and a solid understanding of production, job costing, margins, and customer service. Experience with a specialty subcontractor or similar construction business is strongly preferred. This is a senior leadership position with significant responsibility and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of an established Southern California contractor.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:
