Job Description Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for: Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and public agencies Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Lead OAC meetings and client-facing project discussions Ensure compliance with Public Works and DSA requirements Partner closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project milestones MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal Senior Project Manager will have: 7+ years of proven experience managing large-scale Public Works construction projects DSA project experience strongly preferred LAUSD project experience is a significant plus Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases of construction Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression Experience working for established commercial or public works contractors is highly preferred What's on Offer We are offering this
