Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative Household Manager & Team Coordinator to help bring our vision to life as a holistic, private residence for remarkable young women with disabilities. This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a key member of a collaborative team. Help communicate and coordinate schedules for the many moving parts of an intentional home community that flourishes through health, well-being, good food, nature, movement, art, music, creativity, and meaningful relationships. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, grounded leadership, and the ability to welcome others into a well-organized creative hub. No two days look the same. One day you may be solving a scheduling puzzle. The next, updating a spreadsheet, coordinating a community meal or outing, scheduling appointments, recruiting a new vendor or employee, organizing a household project, or laughing around the fire pit with our team. Responsibilities Creatively prioritize the needs and goals of the residents while inspiring the team to do the same. Coordinate household operations, task delegation, 24-hour staff scheduling, and work closely with the Independent Facilitator to recruit and onboard employees, service providers, instructors, and vendors while maintaining clear communication among team members that strengthens safe, holistic systems of care. Develop systems that improve communication, teamwork, efficiency, continuity of care, and staff recognition. Oversee administrative systems including budgeting, payroll, inventory, purchasing, documentation, and confidential records. Coordinate and delegate errands, appointments, activities, and opportunities for meaningful community engagement. Help establish the infrastructure for household gatherings, celebrations, educational offerings, and community events according to budget. Support community outreach and relationship-building as our programs continue to grow. Learn alongside and be mentored by the Independent Facilitator while training, delegating, and supporting the staff. Requirements Ability to prioritize and organize multiple responsibilities, delegate effectively, follow through, build a strong team, and provide thoughtful leadership. Passion for creative initiatives, program development, technology, research, problem-solving, and finding practical solutions. Genuine respect for the autonomy, dignity, and potential of adults with disabilities. Excellent communication skills and confidence using technology, spreadsheets, and administrative systems. Flexibility to cover a shift when staff is not available. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Letter of interest, resume, and meeting with the current team. Professional references, an interview process, and a background check are required.
Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
