Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for all prepped items in our kitchen including dough and sauces. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: This role includes mixing and portioning dough as well as ability to follow recipes Ability to work organized and efficiently Preparing sauces, salads, cookies, meatballs and other items with consistent quality Early morning start times for dough mixing Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards Keeping dish pit organized and assisting with washing duties as needed Ensure that all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
