The role:

As our Service Account Manager, you'll be a hands-on partner to our commercial roofing customers.

Your week might include:

• Getting on roofs to inspect and diagnose issues
• Writing accurate, honest proposals customers can trust
• Coordinating with our repair crews
• Building long-term relationships with property managers and facility teams
• Managing your accounts so nothing falls through the cracks What we're looking for:
• 2+ years in construction, commercial roofing, facilities, or building maintenance
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable in both field and office settings
• Valid California driver's license, clean driving record
• Humble, hungry, and smart If you have roofing experience, great.

If you're coming from HVAC, general construction, or facilities and willing to learn, we'll teach you.
