1+ year of experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, plans, maps, and/or designs.
Experience working with construction timelines, construction personnel, and clients.
Experience monitoring and updating permit statuses, approvals, and expiration dates. Preferred Experience

Experience supporting public right-of-way (ROW) permitting activities. Required Skills

Coordinate with Cities, Counties, Caltrans, and local agencies to obtain construction permits for work within the public right-of-way (ROW).
Secure permits supporting the installation, maintenance, and operation of utility facilities.
Coordinate with internal departments, government agencies, municipalities, and external stakeholders throughout the permitting process.
Ensure permitting activities meet applicable approval and compliance requirements.
Track permit statuses, approvals, and expiration dates to support timely project execution.
Help negotiate permit conditions and facilitate approvals.
Serve as a liaison between project teams and regulatory/permitting authorities.
