We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a multi-family residential project. This role will oversee the daily operations on site, ensuring the successful delivery of a Type 3 over Type 1 building, meeting high-quality standards, budget, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities and personnel to ensure timely, safe, and quality completion of the project. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors effectively. Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as needed to maintain deadlines. Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts promptly. Maintain detailed daily reports and documentation of project milestones, safety logs, and inspections. Ensure proper management of materials and equipment on-site. Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety among all workers. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on multi-family residential projects, preferably with Type 3 over Type 1 construction. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods for multi-family buildings. Proven ability to manage complex schedules and large teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation. OSHA construction safety certification is preferred. $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
