We are seeking superintendent who has extensive experience with Job Order Contracting and managing job sites and single dollar contracts ranging from $1million to $5million (above is a plus). The qualified superintendent must know how to operate construction scheduling soft wares such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee operations of construction site from planning to completion Responsible for daily scheduling•maintaining and submitting daily reports Create look ahead schedules Ensuring site safety and compliance with labor and subcontractors Maintain a clean and safe job site Identifies and procures materials and equipment for all projects Maintain on-site relationships with clients, facility representatives, and subcontractors Manage inspection schedules Coordinate with project managers and engineers

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be able to manage on-site crew, vendors, and subcontractors Must be able to read plans, specifications, survey markings, and civil sheets Must be able to prioritize trades and scope of work Must be able to multi-task•time management to ensure deadlines are met on time Must be able to operate construction scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera, Sage Timberline Must be able to work with computers•Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel Work Remotely No Benefit Monthly vehicle reimbursement & monthly cellphone reimbursement will be provided if personal vehicle and/or cellphone being used.
