In this pivotal role, you will coordinate project planning, manage new client meetings, coordinate materials selections and deliveries, answer and organize emails, build contracts, complete preliminary site visits. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of excellence in construction management. Responsibilities Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend and Hub Spot to develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans. Manage project documentation including change orders, progress reports, RFIs (Request for Information), and safety records. Foster effective communication across all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management and field operations. Proficiency in construction estimating tools and project scheduling software such as Buildertrend. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, contracts administration, and construction management best practices. Skilled in using construction management software for document control and collaboration. Excellent time management skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Effective project coordination skills with a proven track record in managing teams and subcontractors.
