On-site Are you a Superintendent who knows how to keep complex projects moving? We are looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep multiple trades and moving parts on track. Required Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 5 years as a Superintendent managing 2-3 story ground-up or major renovation projects. Please do not apply without this experience. Demonstrated experience supervising 2-3 story ground-up construction and/or major commercial remodeling projects. Experience managing multiple concurrent trades, complex MEP coordination, and significant structural or architectural scope. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite coordination. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize, and plan ahead. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and jobsite organization. Knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements. Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat. Reliable transportation; pickup truck preferred. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day field operations and take ownership of assigned projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics. Manage sequencing, scheduling, materials, and project priorities. Identify and resolve field issues proactively with the PM and project team. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, building officials, and clients. Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and workmanship through project closeout. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional jobsite. Follow Skycastle's SOPs and standards while contributing to continuous improvement. Perform hands-on work when necessary to keep the project moving. What We Value The right person is calm under pressure, dependable, proactive, and collaborative . Compensation & Benefits Three-month contractor trial period , with compensation based on experience and qualifications. Following successful completion of the trial period, qualified candidates may be offered a full-time position at $90,000-$120,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
