We have several commercial projects getting underway and are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable and wants to be part of a smaller company where everyone pitches in and gets the job done. We're looking for someone who can run the day-to-day operations of a commercial project, manage subcontractors, stay ahead of the schedule and deal with problems as they come up. Just as important, we're looking for someone with a good attitude who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and do whatever needs to be done to keep a project moving.

Responsibilities:

Run day-to-day field operations Coordinate and manage subcontractors Maintain the project schedule and keep trades moving Read and understand plans and identify potential conflicts Coordinate inspections Work closely with the Project Manager on RFIs, submittals and changes Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness and quality Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors and our project team Stay ahead of the work and solve problems before they affect the schedule What we're looking for: Commercial construction experience Superintendent or strong Assistant Superintendent experience Ability to read and understand construction drawings Good communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and dependable Able to manage subcontractors and hold people accountable Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done Looking for a long-term position with room to grow We're willing to consider someone who hasn't been a commercial Superintendent for 10+ years. A strong Assistant Superintendent who's ready to take the next step and run their own project could be a great fit.

Compensation:

$90,000-$105,000 per year, depending on experience $150/week vehicle allowance $150/month cell phone allowance Paid time off This is a full-time position based in Colorado Springs.
