Monday-Friday 40 hours a week!!!! Join a Growing Construction Team We are looking for an experienced Construction Quality Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a long-term opportunity for a quality professional who wants stability, strong benefits, and the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects. If you have hands-on experience inspecting commercial vertical construction , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and manage quality-control activities throughout construction Perform detailed inspections of commercial vertical construction Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project requirements Identify deficiencies and work with subcontractors to resolve issues Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Monitor subcontractor workmanship and quality Maintain accurate inspection reports and QC documentation Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel Help identify potential quality issues before they become costly problems Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and project execution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Hands-on inspection experience with commercial vertical construction is required. We are looking for someone who has physically worked in the field inspecting ground-up commercial vertical construction projects . This is not a position for someone whose experience is limited to preconstruction, estimating, or office-only quality responsibilities. Candidates with experience inspecting commercial buildings, industrial facilities, government facilities, administrative buildings, hangars, or other complex vertical construction projects are encouraged to apply. Qualifications 5+ years of construction QA/QC or Quality Management experience preferred Proven experience inspecting commercial vertical construction General Contractor experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project requirements Experience working with subcontractors and field teams Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to identify and resolve construction quality issues Federal construction experience is a plus, but not required USACE, NAVFAC, or Army Corps of Engineers experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $115,000-$130,000 annual salary $400 monthly vehicle allowance Health insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Long-term employment opportunity Opportunity for continued career growth Why Join Us?
