Salary:
105k-150k Position Overview The Premier Group is partnering with an established commercial general contractor that is looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a contractor with a diverse portfolio of complex, high-profile projects, including: Hospitality | Secure/SCIF Facilities | Healthcare | Education | Commercial Office | Retail | Government | Senior Living | Mission-Critical Hospitality and secure/SCIF experience are especially valuable for this search. The Superintendent will take ownership of day-to-day field operations, leading subcontractors and field personnel while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Understand and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate and supervise construction activities on multiple projects and locations simultaneously. Direct subcontractors to ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. Maintain construction schedules, including daily project logs. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges and field issues. Mentor, manage, and develop field personnel while overseeing effective time management and productivity. Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings. Order materials and coordinate required inspections throughout project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Coordinate production tracking, planning, equipment procurement, and material deliveries to support project schedules. Promote and enforce jobsite safety while proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards. Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions as necessary. Develop site utilization and logistics plans to maximize project efficiency. Encourage the personal and professional growth of team members. Maintain a professional attitude and serve as a leader on all assigned projects. Required Qualifications Demonstrated integrity, motivation, leadership ability, and a strong work ethic. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects and field operations. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, team-building, and organizational skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and coordinate competing project demands. Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to independently manage project activities and make sound decisions in the field. Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Ability to self-perform work when necessary. Minimum Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully complete background screening and drug testing requirements. Ability to travel as needed to project sites throughout Colorado. Commercial construction superintendent experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$105,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
