Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on road and bridge projects . Heavy Civil Superintendent experience is mandatory for this position . This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing crews, managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring project compliance with all contract and safety standards. Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and execute construction projects. Review project plans to establish timelines, work plans, and procedures. Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to project schedules. Maintain professional development to improve individual and team productivity. Develop solutions to on-site issues as they arise. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency. Facilitate communication among project management and team members.
