As a key leader in our team, you will oversee daily operations, manage crews, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate project schedules to deliver exceptional results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale construction initiatives while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and high standards of workmanship. Duties Oversee construction crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans Interpret plans, technical drawings, and specifications to guide on-site activities Coordinate day to day work activities Monitor compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, enforcing safety protocols at all times Conduct self-quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations Oversee construction site safety practices Report on progress regularly to management Requirements Must be US Citizen Clean motor vehicle record Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent managerial communication skills Strong understanding of blueprint reading, and construction drawing review processes Hands-on experience with construction site safety management and quality control procedures Clean background Must be able to pass drug screening

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
