Job Summary We are hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator for a long-standing, employee-owned commercial subcontractor in Englewood, CO. This is a strategic hire for someone with strong commercial drywall, framing, acoustic ceiling, paint, and/or wallcovering experience who can estimate work, manage projects, understand field production, and grow into a senior leadership role over time.

$90,000-$125,000/year

Commercial Drywall / Framing / ACT / Paint / Wallcovering Responsibilities Estimate commercial drywall, framing, ACT, paint, and wallcovering projects Review drawings, specifications, RFPs, contracts, and scopes Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare bids/proposals Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and client meetings Manage awarded projects from startup through closeout Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and field teams Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation Track budgets, schedules, field production, and profitability Work directly with leadership, clients, general contractors, and internal teams Help mentor junior staff and support long-term company growth Qualifications 5+ years of commercial drywall, framing, ACT, paint, or wallcovering project management and estimating experience required Commercial construction experience required Must understand how money is made in the field Experience estimating and managing projects from bid through completion Experience with takeoff/estimating software such as OST, Excel, or similar Experience with Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools Strong understanding of commercial construction, sequencing, schedules, budgets, and field production Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and leadership skills Interested in long-term growth and future leadership Benefits Competitive base salary Performance bonus Growth incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance ESOP contributions PTO and holidays Leadership training and advancement opportunity Interested in learning more?
