Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with experience in single family, residential design and construction drawing production to join our team. Must have experience using Revit software; Lumion, and AutoCAD skills are preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited school of architecture preferred.
- Two years' experience with single-family residential projects preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency in residential design and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in working with colleagues, contractors and clients.
- Knowledge of residential construction materials, and codes.
- Experience with sustainable design concepts and systems.
- Multi-tasking on multiple projects and project types.
- Ability to identify, manage and adhere to budgets and schedules.
