Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with experience in single family, residential design and construction drawing production to join our team. Must have experience using Revit software; Lumion, and AutoCAD skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited school of architecture preferred.
Two years' experience with single-family residential projects preferred.
Construction experience preferred.
Strong technical proficiency in residential design and construction drawings.
Excellent communication skills in working with colleagues, contractors and clients.
Knowledge of residential construction materials, and codes.
Experience with sustainable design concepts and systems.
Multi-tasking on multiple projects and project types.
Ability to identify, manage and adhere to budgets and schedules.

Our office is located in the front range Foothills of Colorado, about 2 miles West of downtown Evergreen.
