A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
Leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level Developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts Managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors Constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management Traveling to the jobsite ( minimum 50% required travel )
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30 M Exceptional customer and client relation skills Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring Contract and subcontract development and management experience Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
