Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues in real time, and adjust resources to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental guidelines, and company safety protocols. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam or other construction software a plus. OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver's license. Physical demands may include stand, sit, walk for long periods. Occasionally may have to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Salary Range $80k-105k commensurate with experience.
