ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

Schedule and coordinate daily onsite construction activities Maintain labor controls and coordination of field forces Project site layout and verification Field purchasing and verification of all material deliveries to the project Quality control and review of the construction of the project Verify that all work is performed in accordance with all local and federal codes and ordinances and the construction documents Attend project meetings with Owner, Architect, Management Team and Subcontractors Perform weekly project safety inspections and meetings Assist Management Team, Owner and Architect with project closeout process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Construction Management or Civil Engineering 4 Year B.S. Degree preferred Surveying experience preferred
