Construction Superintendent 📍 Fairfield County, CT Join a growing construction team building cutting-edge pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, and cleanroom facilities throughout Westchester County & Fairfield County. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day construction activities and field personnel. Lead subcontractors and coordinate project schedules. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Oversee RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation. Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Resolve field issues and keep projects on track. Manage projects ranging from $500K to $20M+, including ground-up construction, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and cleanroom facilities. Qualifications 7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, or cleanroom environments preferred. Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Sage, or similar software. OSHA 30 preferred. Why Join Us? ✅

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
