$90,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience Central Air, LLC. is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to oversee daily installation operations, improve efficiency, and ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards. Schedule crews and allocate manpower to maximize productivity. Monitor installation timelines and project completion goals. Conduct quality control inspections and job site reviews. Track department KPIs, productivity, callbacks, and profitability. Work closely with sales and service departments to coordinate projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and installation best practices. Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, equipment, and installation resources as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of HVAC installation experience. Previous management or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices. EPA Universal Certification. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bonus Points For NATE Certification. Lennox Dealer experience. ServiceTitan experience. Experience managing installation budgets and departmental performance.
