LPN Full Job Description Position Overview:

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support primary care services in a medical practice. The role involves assisting clinicians with patient examinations, preparing materials and equipment, and collecting patient histories. Responsibilities include processing specimens, performing point-of-care testing, administering medications and vaccinations, and instructing patients and families on preventive care and treatment adherence. Qualifications & Skills:

Active LPN license (state-specific) BLS certification within 30 days Ability to travel between practice locations as needed Dependable attendance and adherence to compliance standards Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Light physical effort, exerting up to 10 lbs. force Generally pleasant working conditions with minimal manual dexterity requirements
