We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee both residential construction projects and estate care maintenance sites — someone highly organized, experienced in field operations, and confident managing multiple properties and clients simultaneously. This is not an office job. You will not be managing this portfolio from behind a desk, and you will not be waiting for a superintendent to tell you what's happening on site. You'll be in the field most of the day, every day: directing work, interfacing with clients and vendors, enforcing budget and schedule, and holding every project to the standard our clients expect.
