Job Description As a Superintendent - Construction - Greenwhich, you will be responsible for: Managing all day-to-day field operations on custom home projects Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultants Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction Overseeing installation of high-end finishes and custom details Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination Leading safety meetings and enforcing OSHA regulations Reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents Identifying and resolving field issues proactively Maintaining daily reports and project documentation Coordinating inspections and certificate of occupancy requirements Supporting punch-list completion and project turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
