Lead custom home projects in CT Robust pipeline About Our Client Our client is hiring for a role in the building and construction industry located in Stamford. Job Description Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to meet their specific project requirements and expectations. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project quality and efficiency.
